Andrew is in his eleventh year as a residential property negotiator with Broadlands and has become very well established, utilising his extensive network of contacts he built up over decades working in sales. He was handpicked and trained by Broadlands and now offers strong experience in a wide variety of residential markets.
In the real estate industry and especially in Jersey, Andrew is known and respected for his attention to detail, impressive people skills, and ability to keep a consistent dialogue between client, lawyer, and purchaser throughout the entire transactional process from start to finish. Which is testament to his high number of repeat clients & referrals that he receives year on year from those who entrust him with their greatest of assets.
When not selling houses, Andrew pursues his love of all things maritime based and most recently has been excited to get into ‘Wing Foiling’, which allows him to take the fullest advantage of Jersey’s beautiful surrounding oceans. He lives in St Brelade with wife Charlotte & their two cats Coco & Lola.
