Charlie is sixth generation Jèrriais, whose Great Grandfather six times removed was born on Elizabeth Castle! Born and raised in New Zealand she returned to the island on and off as a child and has been living here permanently for 15+ years, counting herself exceptionally lucky to have two very beautiful places to call home.
Charlie managed to sell a property on her first day of working with Broadlands in 2018 and her 10+ years of experience as a property negotiator have seen her build genuine rapport with both buyers and sellers. An honest and approachable person, Charlie is warmly regarded by those whom have transacted with her, often recommending her to friends and family to entrust her with their property assets and important moves.
We utilise Charlies previous role as an ITV Weather presenter to guide us through our property tour videos on @BroadlandsJersey socials. Her considerable communication and relationship management skills puts people from all walks of life at ease with her clear and approachable manner. Charlie expertly guides customers through any sale or purchase and is particularly adept at matching people up with their dream home.
Charlie is a valuable member of ‘Oardacious’, an all-female coastal rowing team. She is also partial to a mountain bike adventure and is currently undergoing house renovation with her partner Matt!
